I joined PALAVA to design and launch the brand’s new Homeware division, using the founder’s signature hand-drawn prints on natural-based fabrics. I managed the full production process; working directly with factories and holding responsibility for design, pattern-cutting, sourcing, fabric allocation, quantities and critical path management.

The collection started with classic homeware pieces that are easy to repeat each season; Kitchenware, Cushions, Comforters and Lampshades.
